Should an attendee decide to terminate their attendance at a certain scientific meeting at any point, they will be required to pay a cancellation fee.

There is no way to get a refund or repay the transaction fees.

Regardless of the area in which we can accept a late cancellation, reimbursements will be issued.

The expenses that S S Enterprises. has complete control over will be reimbursed, less transaction fees. Expenses associated with outside aid, however, might not be fully reimbursed.
